SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Orders may require 4-5 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Specialty products may incur additional delays, so please refer to individual product pages for fulfillment estimates. Orders often ship sooner, but this timeline is not guaranteed.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING
- All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx predicated on the best quote.
- P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS with tracking.
- Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide via FedEx International
- We do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Indonesia, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Venezuela, and Belarus.
- Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination country’s regulations.
- Once a package lands in the destination country, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or mishandled shipments. The recipient must work with their local postal service to resolve delivery issues.
- Recipients are responsible for all customs/import fees, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage charges.
- If your package is seized by customs, no refund will be issued unless the package is returned to us in its original condition.
- If a recipient refuses or returns an order, international shipping fees and government duties will not be refunded.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (U.S. Orders Only)
- Returns and exchanges are available only for orders placed on our website and shipped within the U.S.
- Returns are only accepted only for items that are new, unworn, with packaging and hangtags intact.
- Return requests must be  initiated within 7 days of receiving your package and shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued in the original payment form, excluding original shipping fees.
- Exchange orders are final sale.
- We do not accept returns from brick-and-mortar locations or vice versa.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate a Return: Email support@madetodestroy.com
2. Approval & Shipping Label: If approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label. You must print the label and ship your return within 14 days.
3. Processing & Refunds: Once received, you will be issued a refund, store credit, or exchange confirmation via email.

- All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Unauthorized returns of sale items will not be refunded.
